Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To resolve the issue promptly, follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
Upon verification, we will offer you the following options:
- Free Replacement: We will produce and ship a new item at no additional cost.
- Full Refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Returns and Exchanges
Since our products are made to order, we do not support returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind. To ensure you select the correct size, please refer to our sizing charts available on each product page.
Order Issues Due to Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or invalid address provided during checkout, you have two options:
- Reshipment: We can reship the order to the corrected address at your expense.
- Partial Refund: We can issue a partial refund for the product price only, excluding shipping costs.
